Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional style of yoga practiced in combination with breathing and ancient yoga philosophy. It should not be confused with the actual historical Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga (Sanskrit haṭhayoga), also called Haṭhavidyā, is a branch of yoga. The word haṭha (lit. "force") denotes a system of physical techniques supplementary to a broad conception of yoga.

Back Bending Class

Bring your spine back to its natural flexion: One of the most notable benefits of backbends is relief of anxiety and stress. A daily backbend routine can do wonders to eliminate chronic anxiety that racks our bodies and minds.


Pranayama & Yogasutras

Benefits of Breathing Exercise: Pranayama. Pranayama is a part of Yoga system that teaches you the art of extending your breath in many different ways. When practicing pranayama the breath should be skillfully inhaled, exhaled and retained.

Ayurvedic Courses

It is an herbal and natural health care system. Ayurvedic products are completely safe. Mind, body and spirit health care system for long creative life. Treats the whole person and subtly eliminates the cause of the disease. It gives emphasis in preventive medicine.

Shatkriya Classes

The body has an incredible natural tendency towards homeostasis i.e. the body will always try to heal itself and achieve good health even when we treat it badly. Cut yourself and the body will repair the damage.

Originating from France, Helene is a qualified yoga instructor and yoga therapist. She currently teaches Sivananda style Hatha yoga at Mandira Yogashala in Mysore. Available for private teaching too. She previously taught in Cambodia for 3 years. She is fully qualified in Reiki is available to give reiki treatments and attunements.
BNS Iyengar
Sri BNS Iyengar has practiced Yoga for over 70 years. He was a young man during the early days of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Mysore, and studied directly with Sri T. Krishnamacharya and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. He is the oldest living teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Lakshman Attygalage
Lakshman Attygalage was born in 1960 in Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. He grew up with Buddhist values in a warm and harmonious environment.
